We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services (including iCloud) that our App depends on.
While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data processed through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empty Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.
We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates will be distributed through the Apple App Store.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using our App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
